Pennington Firm Wins Wrongful Death Case

(11/20/2003, Pennington News Release )

Pennington attorneys, Cynthia Fletcher and Kory Ickler, obtained a summary judgment in a medical malpractice wrongful death case for a hospital and a physician co-defendant on November 10, 2003. The Pennington attorneys successfully argued that there was no causal connection between the care and treatment rendered by the firm s clients and the damages alleged in the plaintiff s complaint. Based on the summary judgment, the firm s clients were dismissed from the lawsuit.
